Within 24 business hours of submitting the equivalency request, an official notification is sent confirming the approval of the applicant’s old certificate equivalency with a new accredited professional certificate from Smart American Global University.
Issuance of the Electronic Copy:
The electronic copy of the certificate is issued and registered on the university’s official website.
A digital copy of the certificate is sent to the applicant via email.
The applicant can verify the authenticity of the certificate through the “Verify Your Certificate” section on the university’s website using the accreditation number printed on the certificate, within 3 business days.
Sending the Original Copy:
The original certificate, along with all official attachments, is sent to the applicant’s address as specified in the application form via express mail.
The original certificate is delivered within 7 business days from the date of the official approval notification.
